Why I Am Going All In on Sharing My eXp Journey

Inspired by Tina Caul’s reflections, Jasmine Rohland shares why she is going all in on telling her eXp story, creating The Growth Movement and opening the door for more agents to explore what could be possible for their business and their life.

There are moments when someone else’s words bring your own intentions into focus. Recently, a post by Tina Caul did exactly that. “I stopped telling our story and that’s a shame when I look at the lives and agents we have transformed on this journey.” I kept coming back to that sentence. When something has expanded your thinking and introduced you to people who help you grow, sharing it starts to feel like a responsibility. So I’m making no apologies. I’m going all in on telling my eXp story, and opening the door for more agents to explore what might be possible. The ambitions we put on hold Real estate has a way of filling every available hour. There is always a client to call, a listing to prepare or a conversation that needs your attention. You can love the work and still wonder whether the business you’re building will give you the life you want. Perhaps you would like to grow a team. Perhaps you want more support, more room to create, or the chance to learn from someone who has already navigated the next stage. Those ambitions often sit quietly in the background while you get through another busy week. I know that feeling. I also know how much can change when a conversation gives you a different perspective. What has changed for me My eXp journey has expanded what I believe I can build. It has brought me into conversations with people whose experience stretches well beyond my own market, and whose generosity has encouraged me to think bigger. Tina captured that feeling in another line: “The success I’m surrounded by every day, and how much people share here, is mind-blowing.” The willingness to share is what stays with me. Hearing how someone grew their business, what they got wrong and what they would do differently is valuable. Being able to ask them a question makes it personal. For me, those relationships have helped turn ideas I once held privately into things I am actively building. Making room for bigger conversations That is part of the intention behind The Growth Movement, which I’m building with International Growth Partners. We want to create a space where agents can hear from business builders at different stages of growth, ask thoughtful questions and explore what their own next chapter could look like. There is something encouraging about hearing the steps behind someone’s success. It makes growth easier to understand. You can begin to see which lessons might apply to your business, and which decisions deserve a closer look. An invitation to explore You’re going to hear more from me about eXp. I’ll be sharing agent stories, my own experiences and conversations about the model, the technology and the opportunities people are exploring. I want those conversations to be useful. Ask how it works. Ask what it would mean for your business. Ask about the practical details that matter to you. Every agent deserves the opportunity to look, ask questions and make an informed choice. Exploring an idea can be valuable even when you decide to stay exactly where you are. I believe opening a door can change someone’s life. What they do next is their choice. My intention is to make sure they know the door exists. If you’re curious, quietly watching or wondering what comes next, get in touch. You don’t need a finished plan to start a conversation. The energy is back. The intention is clear. Are you in?
