My Story

A career built on people.
Widened by the world.

Every chapter has come back to the same things: building real relationships, helping others grow, and creating the systems that make both possible.

Property. People. Progress.

The experience behind the next chapter.

2017 · Starting in Christchurch

I began my real estate career in Christchurch in 2017 at Ray White. Christchurch is where my professional story started, and it remains an important part of how I see my work. Selling a home is a significant decision, and I want the people I work with to feel informed, supported and confident about what comes next.

My career also includes experience with First National. Across these chapters, I developed the professional foundation I now bring to my work as an experienced and trusted agent. For me, that experience matters most when it helps someone navigate their own property decision with greater clarity.

2023 · Building JHC Realty

In 2023, I moved to Central Otago to pursue agency ownership and built the JHC Realty brand. This was a deliberate step into building a business as well as working in one. It gave my career a wider focus: not only helping buyers and sellers, but shaping an agency and thinking about how a real estate business can grow.

Building JHC Realty is an important part of my story. It connects the practical work of selling property with my interest in teams, businesses and the systems that support them. Those interests are not separate from relationships; I want the way a business operates to make more room for its people.

2026 · Returning with a wider vision

In 2026, I relocated to Christchurch to build real estate teams and businesses alongside continuing to sell as an experienced and trusted agent. Returning brings together the place where I started and the agency-building experience I gained in Central Otago. I am not stepping away from selling; I am bringing that work into a broader vision.

In 2025, I achieved NZ$40.16 million in property sales. This is annual property sales volume during 2025, not cumulative career sales, GCI, commission or personal income. The figure is one part of my experience; the way I support people through their decisions remains the focus of my work.

Looking ahead

Selling homes. Building teams. Creating possibility.

My vision is to keep building real estate teams and businesses while staying closely connected to the work of selling. I want experience, thoughtful systems and strong relationships to reinforce each other, so that business growth does not come at the expense of personal care.

My eXp journey connects me with a wider community of peers, while ei8ht brings my interest in relationships and systems into focus. Looking ahead, I want to help people move forward with their property plans and create space for others to grow professionally. Christchurch is my base; the possibilities I am working towards extend beyond it.

Relationships first

Real estate is a people business. Trust is built slowly, through listening and follow-through.

Helping others grow

From partnership and ownership to leadership roles, the most rewarding work has been watching others thrive.

Expanding horizons

Global peers changed the questions being asked, and showed how systems can protect the human side of the work.
